“Fukumori” was established in Higashi Kanda, Chiyoda-ku in 2009.
As a diner of the town, its meal set prepared with the know-how of inns from
Yamagata prefecture has been popular with the locals.
The following year, Italian restaurant “Ristrante Renea” also opened in Higashi Kanda,
offering monthly course menus.
In 2013, pie and book store “Book Café Ismy” was opened, and in 2014,
“Fukumori Manseibashi store” in Manseibashi’s mAAch ecute was also opened.
In 2016, salad café “3R/Triple R” was opened, providing a place to relax and
replenish the energy lost while playing sports.
All of these are stores that we started in Higashi Kanda.
Each of their stories that were born in Higashi Kanda have become a page in East Tokyo’s history.

In 2020, Re Co., Ltd. closed all of its stores in Higashi Kanda except for
Fukumori to become Fukumori’s new supporter.
At the same time, we revived Triple R as a food truck.
We then opened Shonan Fukumori, a restaurant offering Fukumori’s original dishes,
in Shonan Tsujido.

We will continue telling Fukumori’s story
to one, two, and many more people.
